“We brought Digital Dental Systems in to our dental practice to help integrate our two office locations so that we all can be on the same system and platform. DDS was able to consolidate Dentrix & Dexis from both offices and provide seamless integration and remote access to our main office for all remote users. There have been a lot of moving parts to this process and it has taken time for our staff to start reaching out to DDS directly, but now we are all working together with one Dentrix & Dexis server making the integration seamless. “I’ve had a couple of not great experiences with IT guys since I started my dental practice in the 80’s. I’ve painfully updated servers as the need demanded, and even added digital X-rays to my six rooms, but never found an IT company that was there when I needed them. Recently, I was working with someone to help me upgrade workstations, but I also needed to install a new server, and my IT guy said we’d have to close the practice to make it happen.
